Internal Audit Officer Program
(All Major Branches in Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and checking the operational procedures based on Standard Operational Procedure (S.O.P.)
  • Identifying and analyzing potential cases and occurring problems in operational area
  • Making the audit report
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, max. 25 years old
  • Fresh graduated, pre graduated, work experienced are welcome to apply (preferably experienced in audit / finance / accounting position)
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)
  • Having good communication as well as analytical skills
  • Competent in English and computer literate
  • Candidate must be confident, dynamic, energetic and ready to work under pressure
  • Ready to be placed in Panin Bank major branches all over Indonesia
Employee Administration Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  • Input and update employee data into the system.
  • Implement archiving personal files of employees.
  • Create reports related to employee data.
  • Update employee data to the existing organizational structure.
  • Make the application and implementation of organizational structure.
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, age 21 to 30 years.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable university with at least IPK 2.75
  • Having experiences at the same field minimum for 2 years.
  • Good in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must have an excellence communication skill and also good looking.
Employee Medical Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  • Register health insurance and enrolling participants and ensure the completeness of registration of documents.
  • Handle questions about medical and health insurance claims process.
  • Make analysis of health insurance claims and recapitulation report.
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, age 21 to 30 years.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable university with at least IPK 2.75
  • Having experiences at the same field minimum for 2 years.
  • Good in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
